Our mission

Our work in entrepreneurship, education and social enterprises matter to us because we believe that everyone deserves to have access to training, mentoring and coaching and the benefits they bring to people who work whilst managing a hidden disability.

Leonore is professional, knowledgeable and capable, I have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential employer and to clients for her consultancy and training services.

Who we work with

At True Measure we work with people living with a hidden disability, long term health condition or those who are neurodiverse as well as organisations who employ them.

For organisations

We provide training and workshops for organisations to build people’s knowledge and confidence in creating an environment for neurodiverse or people with hidden disabilities to feel included, welcomed, understood, and supported.
We develop and manage projects in a no-nonsense, practical way, working flexibly to produce cost-effective, measurable results.

For professionals

We provide an affordable discrete opportunity for people who might not otherwise have access to the transformative power of coaching. We support them to reach their potential in their business, studies and during employment.
